London 28 July 2013 5:00PM… Gareth Bale is set to get his way based on the agreement made with Levy last season to let Bale walk if Tottenham failed to qualify for the Champions League. In spite of this previous agreement, Tottenham Hotspurs Chairman, Daniel Levy has tried to convince Bale to give the team one more season to help them qualify for the Champions League. Levy has rejected offers from Real Madrid by stating Bale is valued at £100M and that it will take close to a record package to take Bale away from White Hart Lane. The deal is currently in the works and is likely to be done before August 1st, which will give Tottenham 3 weeks to spend and get a team ready for the start of the Premier League season. Adebayor is likely to be moved in light of the Soldado deal, which has just been completed to move the striker from Valencia to Tottenham for £26M. Defoe has showed good form in preseason to stay on the squad to make a run at the Premier League title this season.
